I think that's going to depend on whether 1 of the note holders is still holding shares. If all the note shares are in the float then I think Carter returning will pop the pps back above .001. I can also think of a few other things that could pop the pps back up.

I've been holding shares in a stock that's been sitting at "no Bid" for well over a year now. I know eventually it's going to pop back up.

I think all the shareholders have to ask themselves 2 questions;

Will the stock pop back up without an R/S ?

How hard up am I for money ?
