Now, first would be if the were the only information on it why would Treaty just not return it. Better, this person, who is not affiliated with The SEC or anyone of the HALLIN GROUP " so he say's ", knows exactly what is on the Hard Drive.
How could anyone outside of The SEC or Treaty's legal team know what is on the Hard Drive?
I believe there has to be more.
