As CEO, I am responsible for all of the company's activities, where we have recently added several million dollars in sales contracts, added new products, reorganized our finances, raised capital, reduced costs and negotiated numerous difficult arrangements as we turned the Company around from its operatons having been essentially shut down before my arrival.
