The stock INSTANTLY went down to 2.50, and continued hemorrhaging. A management whose interests are not aligned with that of shareholders, and which would shaft the shareholders that way is justifiable cause for shareholders to flee, and keep fleeing as bad news started coming in.

The management of CTIX has its interests aligned with shareholders, given that they own gigantic amounts of the stock.
