Atlas, I respect you. But why will a 1 for 20 RS add anymore value? I don't see how that will help us anymore than a 1 for 10 or less. To me it shows greed and zero confidants in Ultraflix making money. It opens the door to rinse and repeat. I fear a high RS just gives management the opportunity to dilute even more which they may just max the AS out once again.

I understand NTEK has to do something but a really high RS will crush shareholder value. I think you and I both have seen this time and time again in the pinks. This RS is not for the company to uplist so we can take that out of the equation.

NTEK has a lot of longterm supporters, but we need a lot more support from a solid management team that values our investments!
