Here's something to talk about, NTEK will RS at 1:20.1 if all things stay the same. They are waiting for the stock to stabilize and it appears it is doing just that at .0025. The RS will put raise the pps to about a nickel. Anything less than that will potentially put us right back where we are now when they start to dilute again.
I fully expect the RS to go into effect within the next week to 10 days. I also think management wanted to run the Valentine's day special before finalizing the RS so that IF the numbers were good, it may reduce that need for additional dilution.
Bottom line, I don't think NTEK wants to do an RS and has been exhausting all available avenues before pulling the trigger. The Valentines day special may be the last hope at minimizing the size of the RS. So if you have been sitting on the fence toying with the idea of buying the $99 deal, now is the time to decide. Another subtle way to approach friends/family is to post the special on your Twitter, Facebook, Instragram sites.
Another proactive approach NTEK could do to raise awareness would be to run a weekly game of some sort giving away one 99 movie deal to a lucky new sub for just signing up and a credit of some sort (stock/movie) to whomever referred them. Get people vested in the product, the brand and the stock. Raise the bar NTEK and get people excited about UltraFlix & NTEK! Social media is free to advertise, use it to your advantage. Loss leaders like this if done properly can be an awesome way to build a business with a low advertising budget. $102,692 was spent on sales & marketing last quarter. Could some of that have been spent on developing an ultra low cost social media presence? Contact me if you need help.
