Why teacher unions and Nursing Unions are so strong and their wages and benefits keep going up...
They are skilled and have no one other than themselves in the union. No one is going to cross their lines...
On the other hand, when you group skilled with non skilled...there is always someone there to cross the line. If the business breaks in negotiations it isn't because they need the unskilled workers they are a dime a dozen...
