Nasty though is when trade unions group skilled workers with unskilled workers..
Inflating the unskilled labors wage on the back of the skilled labor wage...
Where as the the skilled labor could better themselves with better pay and benefits in a non union shop because of demand for their skills.
Socialist system to distribute wealth...it also destroys the incentive for the unskilled labor to better themselves.
