NTEK 1.74B O/S X .0027 = $4.7M mkt cap
NTEK 3.5B O/S X .0027 = $9.4M mkt cap

My point in posting this is that even if NTEK
does double the O/S after the R/S which
they probably will do, NTEK is still extremely
undervalued given they will have the fire power
with all that extra capital to get UF to a 1M user
level this year which gets a $60M annual run rate
easy.
