For what it's worth, I expect NTEK to release excellent fins next week along with a laundry list of very compelling news tidbits.
NTEK timed this release with the quarterly fins to get the perception of bad news out of the way. Perception because on the surface, an RS is horrible especially if done to pay for operational expenses. We should all know that is NOT the case but rather it's for content and employee acquisition and retention.
No doubt current management dropped the ball in many respects in the past when it comes to shareholder value but I think if they work this RS properly and limit the dilution we'll be fine.
Frankly, I think the RS has been baked in and I don't expect much of a selloff tomorrow.
