Who is dragging their feet on the filings??? Someone has to be. Don't think it's the BOD as I see stated on this board they all have large chunks of Teco stock. Why would this person/persons want to drag their feet? What is in it for them to drag on the filings, then drag on the "final review"? Begs the question!
