Good morning Chris ! It's now Feb 11th. Do you know when the last quarter of 2013's audit will be filed ? We were told it was in FINAL REVIEW 47 days ago.
Can it really be taking this long or are there possibly other reasons involved ?
Some shareholders are beginning to believe the 2014 and possibly the 2015 audits will show activity " unbecoming of a CEO ".
To be blunt, especially with the 2014 where the money raised for the purpose of filing the 2013 audit and maybe some well work went. It is rumored the money was used for other purposes. If true, that will show up in the 2014 audits. If ever filed.
Most likely something the person in charge filing the audit does not want people to see. If 2013 is never filed, the following years will not need to be. Hence covering up a possible crime. That money would have paid for the filings and we would have never been suspended. At least for that reason.
So, how about just getting the damn thing done ? Again, I encourage the BOD to take a greater role in their positions and confirm what Chris says is true. The BOD has millions of shares. Chris ? Nada !
