The only reason we may get them early is that the Sept 28 filing said the closing conditions included receipt of UMS financials in a ready to file state for the SEC.
IMO if the closing occurred then the financials were given to iTALK. It may take a few days to put them together but based on that previous language they must have them.
Also, the 71 days is Up To 71 days...so they can release them beforehand.
