8-K received Feb 2, 2016

71 days from Feb 2 = April 13th
Not 71 days from Nov 30th cause that would be Feb 9th and does anyone see fins?
Not 71 days from Dec 15th which would be Feb 24th . Sorry I would not count on it because that is not April 13th and if you are counting on that there is a good chance you will be disappointed

But maybe they throw us a bone and give us a PR before then? And maybe the accountant finishes early and they release them early? But you can not bank on that. So no sooooooon any day now jazz! by April 13th that's the date IMHO.
