When the 8-K came out, I originally interpreted it to mean "by 4/15". Then many were saying it was from when the Nov 30th filing was supposed to happen or from the NT day of the 15th. So I thought the 71 days was supposed to mean "by Feb 10 - Feb 25". But now it's back to 4/15. Crap!
You would think the company would issue a PR or something and not leave us hanging til 4/15?
I can't just sit around and stare at the computer all day til April geesh. I guess I will start my taxes. MMs won't get my shares in the meantime.
