They weren't supposed to close until UMS provided audited financials to TALK, so the consolidated financials could come at any time, in my opinion.
With the closing on the 29th, it could be up to 71 days from that event, bringing us to the middle of April, like you said.
But because the closing happened, I interpret it as the bulk of the auditing being done already, so I'm thinking sooner than that.
