The problem you have
Without 270 electoral votes
is the House of Representatives 435 seats
188 Demo's 247 Republicans
They elected the President Congress Elects the VP without the 270 electoral college votes...
That house number isn't likely to change...why is that ?
Does the House better represent the view of American's ?? and the Congress better represent the view of special interests??
Tell me who panders to who??
