Go back a few more years that one lasted 30 years...
The Cash family at least my side lost most everything in that depression and were huge farmers and land owners...
Well, one family member made it and founded J.C. Penney in 1902. You might ask...so here you go...James "Cash" Penney ( JC Penney's)
But hey...JP Morgan is related also. He was a rascal...
