A/S is still 1.875 bil. The fully diluted A/S could be up to 12.5 bil if maxed out.
Personally I still think this trades like a float of 500 mil not 1.875 bil.
Also I think the 10.6 bil may have given a few pause. JMO
There is a lot of speculation about it, and I feel a PR would go a long way to understanding if they intend to fully dilute, keep majority in reserve to maintain control, or use a portion for an acquisition. JMO
