There's not much to clear up...unless you are talking about the posts that there are 14 or 27bil shares outstanding. LOL
The total AS will be 12.5bil. The thing that will make it seem more like a non-issue is if they don't convert right away. It says they will be held for investment and not be resold but the thing that worries me is if they do a RS. I honestly think they would have mentioned it already if it was going to be done with this deal so I don't expect it until months from now if at all.
