This is one of the detriments to the stock price.
George has a company agreement that is the shares in the company increase so do his and Gregory's shares by an equal percentage- in order to keep his % of share ownership consistant.
I have never been happy about this.
As you can equate:
company issues shares + George gets shares= lower share prices for shareholders.
that equation is one of the things holding Coates back combined with George's stubborness.
