While its just "another PR" and not the one we really want-
There is a lot of good info in there.
1-India ? never ever heard that before
2- actual Cummins reps mentioned.
3- possible merger with Cummins of some kind.
while the merger may be far fetched right now, it indicates a change in George "must conquer the world by himself" thinking
