That's AVIC International Zuhai... I had thought of this over the weekend Billy but didn't want to say anything lest it takes away from Bill's 'thunder', lol...
In any case, it makes a lot of sense... it's a distributor, in GuangDong Province where I think Bill's involved and of course, he's numerous times tried to work something out with AVIC in the past (in fact, think he told me worked on a potential JV throughout a whole year 2014-15... )... anyway, we'll hopefully find out shortly.
