"In-depth" to me with the rest of what he's apparently stated here means partnership, purchase order, meetings with bankers in US... and to have that in a comprehensive PR would be, in my mind, the very best way to go about disclosing such 'material' information... heck maybe even worthy of an 8K (or necessary).... no matter, all good!
