Name and ticker change have been in the works for a while and once INCC accomplishes these I believe they claimed it would make it easier to get the chill removed.
Also anything that will generate revenue is a plus....
I don't know what happened to the fields they where going to harvest (Drew put out a photo on Twitter I think), and water rights and all the other projects they where working on but cbd oil is fine with me.......
