It's probably one who lacks the technical skills to execute his service. Too many people have already posted how awesome the app is. Sure it might have a few kinks in it but what tech company doesn't? You think Apple, Samsung, or even Micro soft have been able to demonstrate a seamless rollout? Get over yourself, your not fooling anyone.
