I'm a customer as well. The app is not crap! The Roku app is especially nice. Have you used it? Or any version of the UltraFlix app? Also, that's ONE person's opinion on Twitter for God's sake. If they had any sense, they'd email support and log a ticket. Mine get answered in less than 30 minutes every time.
