Personally I think their TOS is a bunch of crap. It basically says they will delete you for whatever reason they seem fit and their is nothing you can do about it.
Plus I have had many posts deleted as off-topic that clearly are not and not against TOS but they are still deleted and there is no recourse to get them reinstated because they say deleted by admin.
