The reason posts are deleted is because posters talk about people or investors or other posts. That is all listed in the TOS.

You can say whatever you want about the company or the management or anything outside the board...the market or whatever as long as it ties into the stock.

Also...if you report a TOS violation and then respond to that post and it is deleted...your post may be deleted for responding to a deleted post.

You also cannot ask about deleted posts or mention them on the board. I think that's at the top of the TOS but people do it all the time....
