well i'm just saying that i think all the notes are pretty much the same so it would have been nice if HJOE sued these toxic lender last year before all the dumping instead of waiting until they were sued. They're all shady toxic lenders so if they can claim usary for this note then they can claim usary for all the notes and HJOE should have already sued them all to avoid paying. i dont know why they already let so many notes convert and didn't sue
