I don't think that is true at all ILHJ. Management will not deal with much of the lawsuit and counter. The lawyers will. SMS will deal with gaining dealers. Again, not managements main responsibility. I'd think they would be busy setting up training, ensuring delivery of product and working with potential distributors both foreign and domestic. Perhaps they have the money and feel this is a fight worth fighting to expose the criminal element behind these toxic lenders. Patience. This story is far from over.
