this could become precedent setting. back to my earlier post - i think KBM miscalculated the resolve and resources HJOE had to fight back. my guess is they were fighting a war of attrition expecting the company to cave and restructure the debts to give them even more shares and force a R/s and allow the lenders to quickly convert and repeat. they miscalculated on the brands viability, shareholders believing in the company (and not capitulating), and hopefully miscalculated in the ability/resolve of HJOE to fight back in court.
