They need over $3.5M to take out the existing Series H (not including the $1M worth issued today).
But that doesn't do anything to take out the convertible notes held by Magna and Dominion.
So the $1.5M is a start. But what is needed if for the stock price to rise. That would lessen the damages done by the toxics.
For that, we need more news than just this.
