I'm not implying anything, because quite frankly I don't know. I'll be the first to say that. What I will say is that I WONDER. I can only wonder and be curious when I don't know and my DD doesn't reveal anything new because it isn't available.

If I'm off-base, that would be excellent. I want to be off-base. But, I wonder because there's nothing and has been nothing in a very, very long time that has moved the needle. Only rumor.

When I have facts and movement, I'll stop wondering. I don't rely on my gut, because people's "guts" are wrong. I don't rely on feelings, and I don't rely on "hunches". I rely on facts and being able count what I can see transparently.

I would love nothing more than to be off on this, trust me.
