When I looked at ISCO a couple years ago, it struck me that management was using it as a personal ATM, granting themselves lots of options at low prices and selling into rallies. Did not smell right to me and - while one or more programs might have some value - I hope Leo knows better than to buy them.

This is an academic question anyway, as Leo knows to husband his cash for the trials.
