A couple of years ago ISCO was selling at 25 cents and did a financing at 15 cents, a 40% DISCOUNT! And they threw in the warrants! The stock has never recovered. They did a 150/1 reverse split a few months back. The company has annual revenue of over $6 million, yet the TOTAL market cap is a little over $4 million.
The thing is that they actually have two profitable and fast-growing wholly-owned subsidiaries to help support the development of their stem cell technology. They also have a VERY promising Phase 1/2 for Parkinson's approved by the regulators and starting soon in Australia. That trial is a lot like our Kevetrin Phase 1 in that they are using Parkinson's patients in their trial. Their Phase 1 will tell them if the treatment works in humans as well it did in rats and monkeys.
I wish Leo (CTIX) would buy controlling interest in ISCO...

Yes, the management of SYN did a financing deal that WAS a sin -- when it was trading above 3, they sold stock and warrants for 2.50. Needless to say, they torpedoed the stock. - Drano
