With such blatant errors in the Rosen filing, information that is public information, it is ripe for being thrown out of court. Would like to see Rosen receiving a warning but doubt if it would ever change their parasite behavior.

The complaint is about 6k an investor lost. How about a counter suit for the millions the company lost in valuation and 100ks, not millions, the investors lost due to this deliberate, false action.
