I wish she would, however I doubt it. I've never heard of such a thing happening before but I'm more familiar with state court. Unfortunately I don't expect a ruling on the motion to dismiss until late March at the earliest; more likely sometime in April. Our court systems, neither state nor federal, are known for their speed....
