For any legal beagles in the crowd: does the judge in our lawsuit have to wait for our dismissal request due on 2/10 or can she dismiss on her own before then? I'm sure Sullivan won't submit until the due date so as to not give Rosen any extra time to prepare; but thought the judge might throw it out on her own.
