Gerald has hinted in the past that we could get a dividend in the spin off, so my assumption is that he will still do this. Hoping for it actually.
From the 80 million shares that AMBS got from AVDX they could give about 20 million shares (just throwing out a number) back to loyal shareholders.
I'm not saying it will happen but i'm kinda expecting something like that since Gerald hinted a couple of times such a thing in the past.
