Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see how we get dividend shares. This seems to be a sale of the dx division to a separate company for 80 million shares. So instead of cash AMBS becomes an investor in Avant.
In effect, we now have that new CEO that everyone wants, at least for or dx pipeline.
