I don't know that this is "taking the FAA to task." My understanding is that there are probably 1-2 employees that have been responsible and probably still work for them. So, I don't consider it "taking the FAA to task," but rather helping the FAA identify and ferret out their own internal poisons. I would imagine they would be pleased with that information.
