As it's said desperate times calls for desperate measures.
The FAA has gone way beyond a reasonable time frame for providing some kind of answer, it is more than obvious that something fishy is going on with those guys, seriously how much more deliberating do they really need to do?
It's not like this is a brand new never heard of subject before.
