Of course anything is possible, but I have to think that the BP's CTIX eventually partners with will prefer to execute a BO at some point. I also do not think they will want to work with the kids of Leo and Menon. And given what we know about the founders, I simply cannot picture them ceding control of the company to anyone at any time.
