And a lot more revenue is lost when they go not just to purchase, but to consume and spend more of their cash on food, beverages, movies, concerts, fun parks etc. Lots of spending in a neighboring state. The conservatives that think it's more important to avoid change will suddenly embrace it as they turn green with envy over the real numbers that will represent lost revenues for their non-legal states, both tax and recreational spending of all kinds. They once saw the same thing here in New York when Vermont's drinking age was 18 and ours was 21. Didn't last long as they squirmed and fussed and Vermont finally went to 21, but we weren't talking all recreational drinkers. Just those 18, 19 and 20 years old. The difference with weed will be huge. It shouldn't take em long to get their heads out of their asses once they see what's happening.
