saw a few times, while on excursions out to canyonlands,
where at quitting time, a crowd from kanab would migrate just across state line to the local hangout in fredonia, arizona.... just like clockwork. every time i drove thru, the fredonia bar would be jam packed full of trucks & cars with mostly utah plates - lol.
it'll be the same thing citing your example. the crowd goes where the party supplies are and then the states see just how much income they are losing by keeping it status quo. it'll be voted as legal at the national leven soon enough. funny how drug, alcohol and tobacco companies control the politicians interest, isn't it?
