I hope Bill can file all the things that have transpired since the end of the quarterly CountryMac... end of the Q happens to be a year-end (10/31/15) filing for TPAC and should come out mid-Feb.
While that covers through the end of October 2015, I expect there'll be 'subsequent events' on the upcoming 10K to enlighten us and make most recent development reality with the SEC.
The buy back and cancellation that's begun and is ongoing of 1.8B shares is of great importance. This past week another company CEO did something exceptional and exemplary. I've emailed Bill about it as I think it's an innovative idea that may benefit others.
