I continue waiting for the 10K smartmoney which I believe's due mid-Feb (actually year-end 10/31/15 filing) to potentially learn more about this.

Now while some of what's transpired regarding these matters may have happened since the 10K which covers up to 8/31/15, there could very well be additional "subsequent events" to shed light about any funds attained or acquisitions made...
