Menon and Aruda would be free to discuss the settlement imo as it's a matter of record between two parties. Though, imo, a private matter. Whether or not it's sealed from the public I don't know. But, it would be their choice to discuss and no, not insider info because the settlement has already been disclosed. Now, what Aruda or Menon are planning to do with their shares in the future they could simply decide to share, or not. My speculation is that Aruda will distribute shares to family but won't be selling until kevetrin reaches potential. Same with Leo, and same with Menon, and for that matter, same with me. Keep in mind that an unforeseen family event may cause reason to liquidate. If an insider tells you directly that, "tomorrow I'm selling/buying" whether a reason is mentioned or not, and you act on that information, that would be trading on insider info.
