Just a thought here. I actually knew Evans chose the original lawyers. Does that count as inside info? I found it by starting from post number one on I×××'s Ctix board. I can't remember how many posts i finished before stopping (quite a few though). I realized some people have been following the company for a very long time and some have probably forgotten more than I will probably ever know.

I guess my main point is this. Aruda knows every single detail of his settlement with Menon. Is that inside information? Do you believe he is guilty of insider trading if he is trading CTIX stock based on non PR'ed information (about a private transaction) that occurred outside of Cellceutix control?

Say for instance someone asked Menon the details while golfing. Would that person be trading on inside information?
